Cognos Admin/developer - Federal job - Washington, DC

This job announcment closes this Friday and you must apply through USAJOBS, you cannot directly contact the hiring manager.  It's federal employement not a contractor position and is at the GS-13 level. 

·  Creating and maintaining applications using various scripting languages such as DOS batch files, Visual Basic, Windows PowerShell and Active Server Pages (ASP).
·  Using Cognos 8/10 Business Intelligence (BI) and Transformer as a tool for the development and maintenance of Information Systems.
·  Preparing technical documentation of user requirements and briefs regarding new/changing applications of IT applications to work processes, e.g., migration.
·  Making presentations regarding the application of IT processes such as formal requirements documentation.

I must just keep forgetting what they say. I wonder why I can't remember a few simple rules? Oh well. I will try to do better next time.
