Cognos UpFront newsboxes not created for new users


Hi everyone,

Aside from not checking the "Allow personal Newsboxes" checkbox for a new user account created in "AccessManager", what else could prevent a newsbox from being created for a new user who logs in to UpFront? Is it a possible resource issue? If a large number of user accounts have been created, would that have an impact on the amount of available resources to create new newsboxes?
