Friends,
Please help if you can.

I'm trying to understand if the Case Analyzer that is a part of Filenet 8 environment creates
the Tables/Views, Cubes, while running on a Microsoft SQL Server? I'm not sure where it is creating the tables/views/cubes? On the same SQL Server?

I have the Case Monitor jar file loaded into the Linux based RTM but now, I need to get accessed to the data that is generated by Case Analyzer.

Thank you in advance for your time. :) :)

I very much doubt you will find anyone on these pages who knows anything about ICM. There does appear to be an ICM forum on IBM's DeveloperWorks, though:

Good luck!

MF.

Cognos CM <> Cognos ICM!

ICM = Incentive Compensation Management was bought by IBM as Varicent then re-branded.
CM = Case Management was FileNet and re-branded.

VERY different tools and origins.
