What exact assistance do you require? IBM have a "how to" page covering downloads from their Passport Advantage site - the link to it is here:

Cheers!

How to find the Site Number which is required to request access to Passport Advantage Online.

These details are private to your organization. You (or someone in your organization) will have been sent them when you took out your support with IBM. If you don't have support with IBM you're either going to have to contact your support provider (if you have one) or else contact IBM and ask them what your entitlement is and how you can access it.

Good luck!

Hi,

Try entering the full system URL instead of just ibmcognos

ie http://10.1.3.1/ibmcognos/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi

What happens if you use the logon link at the top of the page (when IBM Cognos is selected from the ribbon) rather than trying to expand the server tree initially?

What version of MS Office are you using? What version of Cognos for MS Office are you using?
