Hi All,
I have managed to build Active Reports in Cognos 10.2.1 and trying to connect to Ipad.
I am on Cognos 10.2.1 environment and looks like they installed the mobile kit as well because I can see Mobile tab in IBM Cognos Admin.
I gave the IBM Cognos Server URL and generated the Mobile Configuration Code and sent vai email.
Also Downloaded IBM Cognos MObile App on the Ipad.
When I clicked the code, its taking me to the App and asking me to proceed with automatic configuration of the applicationon Ipad. WHen I click OK it immediately says server in unreachable. When I click the sme server address on the desktop, i am able to see the homepage of cognos.

II option: In the Mobile app on IPAD i gave ibm server URL, here as well it saus server is unreachable...
Am I missing here anything? CAn Anyone suggest me the steps involved in getting the active report outputs on IPAD app

Hi All,

Now that I am able to login to Mobile app, but when i hgave my credentials it says access denied... Not sure why i am not able to connect. Got System Admin access, that emans i have access as Mobile admin and Mobile users  right?

CAn anyone help me here?

No. Mobile users have their own category. You needed to be added to that group as well.
