bursting to iPad using CAMID - why is it asking for mobile recipients

When i set up a scheduled run to burst to iPad via CAMID, and check on the "send the report to mobile recipients" i get a message "you must select at least one mobile recipient", and it does now let me continue. (see attached)  Any idea why? If I have to select recipients that way, it defeats the purpose of bursting.

update: IBM applied a fixpack to address this.
