Problem Users Active Directory with Cognos Express 10.2.1

Hi Everybody

I tell you the facts.

We made configuration for user authentication via Cognos and users via Active Directory was made two months ago as above was working well , there is now a time where Active Directory users get stuck and not allowed to enter until you reboot the server.

I realized that possibly a bug and it happens when users leave their open session and expires them , and try to get them back no longer allowed

How could do to correct this error? , we have 10.2.1 Cognos Express with F2
