Issue with Cognos Powerplay Enterprise Server service

Hello Experts,
In my current project, I am facing one issue. We have Powerplay Enterprise service on one of the Cognos server. sometime this service stopped automatically.

cognos Version: 7.5

The information which I am looking for is
- Where Can I see what was the error message when service went down
- How can I reach to the root cause? - any suggestion to start with analysis
