PowerPlay Drill through Error 404 : File or directory not found

hi Team,
We have cognos v.10.2.FP8 and and users are getting "404 : File or directory not found" when they clicking on powerplay drill through report.

This is not constant error and happening sometime and for few users and that too not constant.

Any idea what could be missing?
