No Data Returned to Powerplay

Hi All,

I'm in desperate need of some Cognos assistance and am hoping someone on here can save my bacon. I'll also say upfront that I'm dealing with the version 7 suite of products, but am hoping there isn't too much difference to prevent me getting some assistance.

I work for an organisation who've created a routine which builds some PowerCubes via a Transformer model overnight. Users then run PowerPlay reports which are pointed at these cubes to generate their data.

However, I was poking around in one of the model files (which builds one of the main cubes) in Transformer yesterday and this morning users have complained that the reports which use this cube aren't returning any data. I loaded the related model in Transformer this morning and I saw an error message about 'suspended models' which (to my regret) I disregarded. In any case, everything appeared as it should an no models are currently suspended. I tried to re-build the cube, which appeared to be working as it took a good 30 minutes and cycled through 1000's of rows. I had a look at the output file and it's around 25mb, so there's data in there, but when I view the cube and any associated PowerPlay reports - no data is being returned!

Does anyone know how I can possibly fix this issue? Like I said, the model, datasources, measures etc. are all as they should be. I can see data in the core tables, so I don't know what's going wrong.

Any assistance anyone can give here would be very very much appreciated!  :'(
