Report hangs in Cognos Workspace

Hi,

We have dragged a report having prompts in cognos workspace(10.2.1).

Issue is - When we refresh the report using different prompt values then after every 5 runs workspace got hang.

Then we need to close it and re-open.

More precisely it refreshes till we doesn't save the dashboard. After saving the dashboard problem occurs.

If anyone can help on this subject please.
