Exporting and Importing User profiles from Cognos 8.4 to Cognos 10.2.2

Hi,

We have migrated from Cognos 8.4 to Cognos 10.2.2, we need to export all active users of 8.4 to 10.2.2.  We are using Access Manager in 8.4 and in 10.2.2, is there a way we can export those users and import them to 10.2.2?

Hi,
If you are using the same access manager then you can use the same configuration. Just to export of the configuration from 10.1 and place it in the config directory and open the configuration. You don't need to export import the users for access manager.
