Cognos Planning Analytics Express - Should TM1 be updated before BI

I'm upgrading from Cognos Express 10.2.2 to the Cognos Planning Analytics Exprress 2.0.    Does it matter what sequence I update the applications?  Specifically, should TM1 be upgraded before BI?

It doesn't really matter, as far as I'm aware. You're going to need to uninstall the 10.2.2 versions of both, and install CA and PA Local.
