LCM 11.0.6 fails to verify server

Hi - We have just installed Cognos 11.0.6 and everything seems okay. I then installed LCM and was able to start and login.

I am able to add Cognos 11 server to LC<. However, I am not able to verify URI for gateway for our Cognos 10.2.1 Fix pack 12 server. But I am able verify Content and External Dispatcher URIs successfully. The URI gateway we are using is ISAPI.

Appreciate if anyone has experienced this before or where it is logged. I have looked at a few log files and there's nothing.
