Planning Analyst Copy wizard fail

Good day,
I have an issue when I use the copy wizard to copy an existing library to a new library. I'm specifying a new location to copy the library to. When I finish the wizard and start the copy I get an error:

"Remapping of references failed: Read failure:-D-Cube[#...].NormDist
 Read failure:D-Cube [#...].cube name
 .
 .
 the Read failure line is repeated many times for all the different D-Cubes"

Any idea what could be causing this? Access to the library folders seems fine - not sure if I'm missing something.
