Upgrade Manager is now "Lifecycle Manager"

Tool to compare report versions to ensure that upgrade is successful.  Main stage at C10 Launch (10/25/10).

It also provides workflow around validating report upgrades (accept / reject).  Interface allows you to track upgrades as they are applied from report to report.

It also supports multi-version coexistance - allowing you to run both Cognos 8 and Cognos 10 (for example) through the same portal.

.. but I think there is one limitation. When comparing reports, it allows one scenario per report.
That means that you can define a test set to run verification for all your reports, but each step in the sequence is one report - one scenario. If you need to play with different input params, you need to run different scenarios manually. I asked twice during the demo and the guy said "yes" one report - one scenario in the automated sequence.
