Cognos configuration Start, Restart and Stop buttons disabled

Hi

When I run cogconfig.sh in the server machine, I am able to test the configuration and see that the cognos services are enabled. However, I am not able to start, restart or stop the services because the buttons are disabled. Also, running cogconfig.sh -s doesn’t seem to be starting it as I cannot see any new messages on cogserver.log. Pkease advise. Thanks!
