Cognos in EU

Hello All

Just wondering how's the demand for Cognos in EU countries and which language do they use for official purpose? I saw a few job postings from EU countries but they were either in French or German. Not that I am interested in a job right now but wondering about this from the point of expanding business in EU.

Also noticed that technical questions on this site are much less these days compared to 10 years ago. Is it because resources have become technically savvy or because much less resources now ?

Good thing is that MF is still around and younger than me ( I am over 957 ) so he will still be around for a while to answer the questions

I think the drop in site traffic is really down to two things - fewer people using the product, and also the fact IBM now has its own Community which overlaps with this one.

Yes, Power BI etc. have taken quite a bit of market share. I saw the IBM site yesterday which does have more questions but this site is much more organized (folders for diff tools etc.).

Maybe someone should start a site where resources can post their resumes and organizations can post their requirements for hiring employees as well as requirements for consulting projects.

Currently, the companies have very few choices when they have a project and they have to give it to their existing consulting company who expands the project to charge more time. They just don't know which other consulting companies exist.
