Launch Button missing from Cognos Connection

Hi ,

We are currently using cognos 10.2 and recently transitioned to Microsoft Edge.
Running in IE compatibility mode. Some of the business users are unable to see the launch menu on cognos connection
which they had access to while on IE 11.

Please advise.
