Sometimes few folders are keep spinning and not able to open

Hi Team,

Recently sometimes we are unable to open few folders and they are keep spinning and after CM failover restart it is working as expected.

Any idea what the issue could be.

Are there any relevant entries in the cognosserver.log file? Anything there that can point towards an issue?
