Cognos 12.1 issue with scheduled reports

We're running Cognos 12.1 with Business Analytics Dashboards. This happened with the last update, but we've noticed if we schedule a report for a certain day and time with html, pdf, and excel settings, that the report downloads as a empty file with a .532z extension. If there are no options set to download (pdf, excel), then it's fine as it just displays a html page. Has anyone ran across this before? Is there any fix for it? Our vendor we have, has zero answers and just wants to keep waiting for new versions to hope it fixes the issue. Attached is a zipped file of what we see.
