Powerhouse for Windows

I am looking for others to share their experience moving Powerhouse from OpenVMS to Windows. Just a plain vanilla move of RMS databases to DImage, screens and reports, not Axiant nor the web. We are planning a move to Windows Server and we are curious about all the heartache and the success. Where did you run into trouble? How do you manage connecting users for access? How did you handle printing? Looking forward to hearing from you.
