Connecting to SAP BW in Cognos8

Can any one explain or conform, we can connect to SAP BW Data Source in Cognos8, if so please tell me where can I get the Documentation for this

Hi,

Yes, SAP BW is a supported OLAP source for Cognos 8.  Look in the New Features guide - it's mentioned as a supported source on Page 12.  There's also a whole chapter on modelling SAP BW metadata in Framework Manager in the Framework Manager User's Guide - Chapter 5. Appendix E of the same guide covers externalizing BW dimensions too.
