I believe I have a corrupt namespace and am trying to determine how to resolve. When I go into Cognos Administration and into the namespace, I can see the user just fine:

However, when I click on the user's My Folders, I now see a date / time stamp.

How can I resolve this?
What kind of security provider are you using to host the namespace? Have you modified the configuration settings for it at all? If all else fails, you count try backing up the namespace, re-creating it and then restoring the backup.
