· Strong development and implementation experience on executing IBM Cognos TM1 projects end-to-end for at least 5 projects.
· Must have experience on TM1 9.4 and above. 9.5 highly preferred.
· Highly Experienced in creating Cubes and dimensions
· Highly experienced in writing rules, TM1 functions, TI process, schedules and integration with any RDBMS, flat files and any other data sources.
· Strong experience in TM1 report template creation and web publish.
· Experience in IBM Cognos TM1 Architecture, installation, Configuration.
· Knowledgeable in TM1 performance tuning.
· Be able to mentor and train other members of IT and finance team.
· Sound knowledge on any other Business Intelligence product.
· Knowledge in Cognos BI/Planning a nice to have.
· Knowledge in Financial Planning and Budgeting.
· Good communication skills and analytical skills is a must.
