i have 25 applications published, here my problem is every one can view all the applications.
but my requirement is each user can see only one application
i am not getting idea how to set like this,
please any one can help and forward some steps

Let me see if I understand your question:
You have 25 applications, to which currently everyone can see them. You want to restrict access so that only one user can see a single application? So when user A logs into cognos connection, they should only see 1 of the 25 applications listed in the Contributor Admin Console (CAC)?
Assumptions:
1. You have 25 users, therefore a 1:1 ratio
2. When you say applications published, you're speaking to cognos connection? (generally http://servername/cognos8)
