Our job/Package owner shows Unavailable,So i did
consistency check and it seems get changed to
None.if i run this scheduled report which has
owner as None this is getting failed.
so what is the use of consistency check.

Amongst others: Remove user entries that have been removed in e.g. AD but not in the Cognos Roles..
