Is ther a way to identify who is accessing the contributor website and When?

iam using cog planning version 8.3

In simple words... use framework manger model that is sourced from contributor data server. In the framework model add query subjects to access workflow information, which will contain the audit details (i.e. User, Time Stamp, Status, Node info, etc...)
