Print Page - using scroll instead of "page down" and "bottom" links

Hi,
I want to use scroll disabling the default bottom links (page down, bottom). I used "rows per page" property but it didn't work. I have 180 rows as a list report and a graphic below.
Is there any way to handle this? or Is my row number too big for this property?
