One of my user (only one user) is not able to access Cognos Connection, he is seeing the error CAM-AAA-0134. We have security by using AD Groups to Cognos Connection, I can see he is in that AD group members and I also see that his profile is created in Cognos Admin secuity.
Any inputs would help me.
Environment Details - Cognos 8.3, Active Dir (for security), Oracle, AIX.
What happens if you manually add this AD-user (not AD group) to the Cognos Consumers role?
