[ ERROR ] CFG-ERR-0103 Unable to start IBM Cognos service.
Execution of the external process returns an error code value of '-1'
The Cognos BI 10 and Frame work manager installation was successful on windows. The Cognos service start was started behaving in improper manner and i am able to fix some of those . Now it is encountering this error .
Any solutions to fix this ? please share here .
