Title: Powerplay client timeout

Hello,

We have a multi-server Cognos 8.4.1 BI server installation with Powerplay.
Our Powerplay Windows clients keep timing out randomly in 4-10 minutes, although we've already changed idleTimeLimitSec setting to 7200 (in all application servers' powerplayservices.xml file, per Cognos recommendation).

Any help would be appreciated.
