Title: Limit the search of the Active Directory

Hello All,

I have been successfully using AD as my v8.4 authentication source.  I would like to limit it to a subset of the AD.  I have a distinguished name defined that should do this but I can't figure out how to implement this in Cognos Configuration.

I've tried entering into both Advanced Properties and Custom Properties:
Name = distinguishedName
Value = my dn string (cu=, ou=, and dc=)

I've entered these individually and into both at the same time to no avail.  Yes, I restart the services following each change.

Once done, I expect to see only the values contained at my distinguishedName level when I open the Namespace in Cognos Connection Security, but instead I see all of the AD.  I'd like to narrow what is visible so only users in the dn are available as authenticated users in the portal.
