I'm using Cognos 8.3 with Internet Explorer 8 and I'm having some problems. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced these problems. Maybe Cognos 8.3 isn't compatible with IE 8? Here are the problems I'm having:
I can run but not modify Cognos reports in IE 8, and exporting to Excel requires that I hold down the CTRL button while the report is running until it prompts to allow Excel to open. This can take several minutes, depending on the report.
