environment is 3 server with dispatcher installed on each, server 1 is content manager, load balance using round robin, 1:2:2.
but all the report request been processed on server 1 and 2, server 3 didn't process anything,
from admin portal, I can see 3 dispatchers are all available. why dispatcher 3 did not process any request? Any comments are Welcome.

Where is the gateway sitting and what have you set for the dispatcher list? Does it contain all 3 servers or only one?
Normally, in the gateway you would only list the primary, secondary and further dispatchers and not the content manager. Although the content manager as a separate install has an inbuilt dispatcher it is not recommended to include this in the gateway dispatcher list.

The gateway is on separate server(IHS), the gateway contains 3 cognos servers.
actually the server3 is primary dispatcher, gateway traffic first directed to server3 and then distributed to other dispathers.
