Hi,

For Cognos Metric Studio download,either you need to have a business Partner or customer of IBM to download the installables. To use it you need to have the license. You cannot download it directly from any link.

If you are a direct customer of IBM and are entitled to download this particular product then you can login using the link below, otherwise as Prerna mentioned you will need to contact your IBM partner.
