If you mean the trusty old Cognos 7 Access Manager users, then unfortunately the admin tool for this is a client tool and needs to be physically installed on a machine somewhere, and can't be run from a browser directly.  Under the covers, it stores the data in a modified LDAP schema, so I guess in theory it would be possible to write some sort of web enabled app to write to it and allow password modification, but it would take some complex work to understand the schema and password encryption I suspect.

Ok, but whan you refer to "Cognos access manager" are you referring just to a namespace defined in Cognos 8.2 giving access to a security provider (and if so, what security provider is being used), or are you referring to Cognos Access Manager which was the security provider for Series 7 products and which can still be utilised as an authentication provider in 8.2?

we are using NTLM security provider for cognos 8.2 version.

Right - so your question really is whether there is any kind of web-enabled interface for maintaining an NTLM namespace.  Because it's all handled externally to Cognos 8 within the Windows environment, you might have better luck posting the question onto a Windows forum - all you would need is the URL of the solution (if such a thing exists) and you could link to it from within Cognos Connection.
