Title: Report and batch report service not listing in cognos connection

i installed the new cognos 8.4 dispatcher server,after install server came up properly.But unfortunately
report service and batch report service alone did not showing , other service monitor, log services are listed. I have installed more than 30 servers. But this is
the first time i am seeing this issue. kINDLY THROW SOME Light on this.

Steps taken:

1. Verified All services are enabled in cognos config
2. Unregister the server from cognos connection
3. Unregister the cognos service from service.msc
4. reconfigure the new cogstartup.xml

If you have any other solution other than this please reply ASAP.

p2pd_deploy_defaults.properties was missing
