Title: How to enable access to Metric Studio for particular user?

Hi,
I am administrator of Cognos BI v8.4.1 fixpack 3 on Windows 2008 RC2. How can I set to myselft privilege to run Metric Studio? I have assigned myself to Metric groups in Cognos Administration. But still can't see Metric Studio.

On web I have found shortcut to run Metric Studio:
http://localhost/cognos8/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi?b_action=xts.run&m=portal/launch.xts&ui.tool=MetricStudio&ui.action=new

but pasting above URL in browser I get error: "You are not allowed to launch MetricStudio."

How to add access to enable Metric Studio?

Being a member of Metric Administrator, Metric Author or Metric User should be enought to let you into Metric Studio. Can a System Administrator run Metric Studio? Have you customised your Cognos roles?
