Title: Content store time showing differently than server

I am facing an issue in timing of the cognos server.
In my cognos configuration server time zone set as GMT+4.
But in the cognos it is showing in GMT time only, means there is less 4 hours.

Cognos version 8.3
Windows 2003 server
SQL server 2005

Any help on this would be highly appreciable.

It is ok after restarting the windows server. ;)
