They have the approriate permssions in cognos viewer (execute/traverse) and toolbar (execute/traverse). Why can't they see it? There isn't any coding in the system.xml file to hide it either.

Update: I created a new group and added it to the consumers group and it shows up for the new group. However, the old group that's in the consumer role still can not see it. ???
