Is the Cognos 10.1.1 version a patch on an existing 10.1 release, or does it require a full uninstall/reinstall?

Surprise, surprise, this information is hard to find on the IBM site.

It's a standalone install (not a patch).

RPs (Refresh Packs) are self-contained installs. FP's (fix packs) are incremental installs.
