Title: Get data and tools button are not working in web

Hi,

When i opened the application cost center level i am not able to click Get data and tools button.Please give me the advice.

Hi Anand,

1.  Ensure that you have ownership of the node, and
2.  Depending on the version of Planning you are using, it may not be enabled in the CAC. 

To enable:
Go to your application -> Production -> Extensions -> Client Extensions -> Configure Extensions.  Confirm that the Extensions in here have a status of Enabled

Could you please provide an update regarding what the resolution was so that perhaps another user could benefit from this thread.

Hi Eric,

I have enabled  the options for get data,export for excel in application -> Production -> Extensions -> Client Extensions -> Configure Extensions according to your pevious mail.
