Print Page - Cognos Service does not start

Hi All;
Our test server was up and running fine.We had to repoint the LDAP test server and made the same change in the config app.When tested for the LDAP connection as well as the Environment,the result is successful.
But when the service is started it fails with this error:

[ ERROR ] CFG-ERR-0103 Unable to start Cognos 8 service.Execution of the external process returns an error code value of '1'

Any one has any idea as to why this is happening.Any help is appreciated.

Hi rcube50,
follow these steps

1)Go to the START menu, click "Run...", type in "SERVICES.MSC" and click OK.
2)Windows Services should appear. Double-click the Cognos 8 service and click the "Log On" tab.
3)Re-enter the account name and password to be used by the Cognos 8 Service and click OK.
