Title: Allocation table - Identfying the source/target
Post by: Cognos_World on 31 Oct 2011 10:26:38 AM
Good morning Planning Gurus,

How to identify the source of an already created Allocation table if the Allocation table uses ODBC source?
I wanted to know which table/schema is used in the Allocation table.
From the Summary Info icon, I see only the D-List/D-cube which is in my target but no mention of the source.

Is there any way to do it?

Thanks for your time.

Hi Cognos_World,

Try following
Open Analyst > File > Administration > Locate ODBC-Sources

Jitesh

..up...

I came across this old one when googling for an answer to this. I tried Jitesh's advice without success.

Is there really no way to tell which source(s) an existing A-table has???    :o
