Title: Unable to retrieve email address of the intended recipient

I am using the option of prompt to send an email on Save, Submit and reject actions in contributor. I have check marked all these three options in the CAC. I have also mentioned valid email address in the access manager,however when any of these actions are performed there would be an email prompt with no email address. How can this be fixed to take the valid email address in the email prompt from the access manager?

This option works perfectly fine when actions in contributor are performed logging in using administrator ID, however it fails when logged in using any other user ID.
