Dear all,
I have a very strange behaviour that appears in ... let's say 75 % of the cases when I modify the schedule parameters of a report:
. this report or view of report is designed to be executed and sent to some recipients in PDF format.
Everything is fine, excepted that it sends 2 PDFs instead of one (the same "of course").
The only solution I have for the moment is to delete the schedule and redo it.
I would like ot avoid this and find a real solution, that want to spend all my lifetime doing this ...

did u check if the same report has two copies scheduled at same time??

Yes the issue is still there. I don't know any other way than remove all the schedules of the reports impacted and recreate them, which is not possible to do everytime. Not a good solution...
The report is not run twice. I'm 99,99% sure of that (please consider that there is still a small possibility that I'm wrong).
The is only one email sent per recipient, but containing 2 PDFs of the same report instead of one.

All schedules of reports and/or view of reports are set in a way that they don't start at the same time, and even if there are 2 schedules of a report runnning the same day, it won't be at the same time, same parameters, same recipients.

I do accept less possiblity but it happened one time, a report scheduled in different environment dev and prod with same user and they used to get mail twice. In case Dev and QA is in same server why cant it happen with one mial? I am not sure of this dude. However , i guess it can happen because of "report bursting" which send mail after the report runs. I just talked to some report developers reg this and they also saying it may be because of report bursting. Ask you report developer if the report worked with bursting.
there are some questions yet. Is this issue happens only in Prod? if it happens in dev or QA then i guess report development has problem.

Thanks for your answer and sorry for my delay.
The only reports that are scheduled are in PROD.
We do not use any bursting functionnality, anwhere, only the schedule in order to run and deliver by email PDF reports.
I will make a test, in order to see that point (bursting), but it is not planned to be used "live".

My blunder i didnt read the subject of this thread fully "when scheluded modified" else I wouldnt have asked you to check is there is an another copy of the report scheduled.
have you tried in QA environment? are you facing the same? is it applicable to all the reports or particularly to some reports? I also heared it from forum that it happened because of bursting and they couldnt able to fix it.
