Hi ,

Could someone help in finding the Settings for the Maximum number of Jobs in Cognos.

Sure thing. 

1.  Login to Contributor Admin Console
2.  expand your Job Server Clusters all the way down to the server
3.  right-click on the server name and select properties
4.  modify the "maximum concurrent jobs"
5.  click "apply"

I have access to Cognos Admin..Wonder what is Contributor Admin Console....?

Sorry...thinking about the Cognos Planning product and not just simply Cognos 8...probably not what you are looking for...
