Hi,

If you want unrestricted access to the studios including Framework Manager then you will need an administrator license.

Transformer & TM1 are bith seperate products so would need to be purchased seperately.

Best to speak to IBM or your IBM partner for fuller clarification on matching your needs to roles\licenses.

Each client has different licensing options depending upon how their legacy licenses have been maintained.
Talking to assigned sales rep is the way to go.
As for the license to use all studios and FM, need a BI administrator license.
TM1 is completely different animal and not combined with Cognos as far as license is concerned.
