Title: Deployment Archive in Import Wizard is Empty

Hello All,

I was trying to deploy packages from Test to production.
Did export successfully and moved Zip folder to deployment folder in Target environment.
When i Launched Import Wizard, unfortunately it shows completely empty.
But deployment folder in Target environment has above 30 zip. folders.
Please see attachment.
I'm the admin, have all rights, till yesterday it worked fine.
Kindly any help on this is appreciated.

Hello All,

I restarted few times Cognos service in Configuration Manager.
Finally it worked.
